First system in production

One workflow off your plate, in about four weeks.

Pick the work that slows your business down most. We build the AI that handles it, put it into production on your real data, and keep it running. One fixed fee, agreed before we start.

Where to start

Good places to start

The best first project is usually work that happens every day, mostly follows the same rules, and takes up hours your people would rather spend on something else.

Invoice matching and approvals

Invoices are read, matched to purchase orders, and sent to the right approver. Mismatches are held for review.

Client and document intake

New paperwork is classified, the key fields are pulled out, and the next step is queued for the right person.

Support replies from your own data

Agents answer order and account questions from your systems and hand anything unusual to a person.

Scheduling and rescheduling

Jobs, visits, and appointments are re-planned when something slips, and customers are told without anyone chasing.

Reporting that writes itself

The weekly numbers are pulled, explained, and sent, with anything unusual flagged at the top.

Lead triage and follow-up

Inbound leads are scored, routed, and given a first reply drafted in your voice.

Not sure which one? That's what the 30-minute call is for. We'll go through where the hours go and suggest where to start.

How it runs

How the first few weeks usually go

Most first projects look something like this. If there are a lot of systems to connect or the data needs cleaning up, it can take longer, and we'll tell you that in the proposal.

Week 1

Walk through the work

We sit with the people who do the workflow today, map every step and exception, and connect to the systems and data it touches.

Weeks 2–3

Build on your real data

We build the agents and the software around them, and test them against your own past cases until the results hold up.

Week 4

Go live with a review queue

The system runs in production. Anything it isn’t sure about goes to a person, and you see what it handled and what it passed on.

After launch

Keep it running

On Operate, we monitor quality, upgrade models as they change, and feed your team’s corrections back in. Or take it from there yourself.

What you get

  • One workflow, running in production on your data
  • A review queue for the cases the agents pass on
  • Evals that check the agents against your real cases
  • Documentation and runbooks in your repository
  • A written plan for what to automate next
  • Code you own outright

What it costs

A fixed fee, quoted in a written proposal within a week of the intro call. You know the price before any work starts.

What moves the number: how many systems the workflow touches, how clean the data is, how much needs a person to review, and the volume it has to handle.

The proposal also includes a projected monthly run cost for the AI models, so there are no surprises after launch.

Who it's for

Growing businesses, usually between 10 and 500 people, that already use AI tools and want AI doing real work in the business, but don't have anyone whose job is to build it. You don't need a tech team. You need a workflow you can name and someone who knows how it runs today.

After the first system you decide what's next: add the next workflow, keep us running what's live, or take it in-house with everything documented. See how longer engagements work.

Tell us what's slowing you down

In 30 minutes we'll go through the workflow and tell you whether it's a good first system. If it is, you get a fixed-fee proposal within a week.
