The problem
The company ran scheduling and operations across three tools that didn't share data. Dispatchers, field teams, and managers each worked from a different version of the schedule, which meant delays and daily sync problems.
What we built
We built one AI-native scheduling platform to replace the three tools their ops team had stitched together, with automation built into the day-to-day scheduling work. Scheduling got 60% faster and the sync issues stopped.
In production today
Agents now run industrial safety investigations on the same platform. They pull incident reports, telemetry, and operator notes, then identify the likely root cause and the follow-ups required.

What we built
We built the dispatch and routing platform their operations team now runs on, with delay prediction, automated scheduling, and live tracking. It shipped in 4 weeks and replaced three spreadsheets and a patched-together tracking tool.
In production today
The platform is still running and has grown since launch. Agents now read inbound documents and email and prepare the compliance paperwork the ops team used to do by hand every week.
